At the company's comprehensive coordination meeting held on November 18th, relevant units reported and summarized the company's production and operation situation as well as the rectification of safety hazards. Hong Bin, Hu Xiaoming, Chang Liqiang, Zhang Youcai, and other key members of the company attended the coordination meeting.

At the coordination meeting, the Production Operations Department first reported on the company's recent production operations and completion of production targets. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department reported on on-site violations, safe driving of vehicles in the factory, and rectification of safety hazards. The Mechanical Power Department reported on the "11.16" accident in the electrical workshop, and some workshops explained their production and safety issues at the meeting.

Vice General Manager Zhang Youcai analyzed the causes of the "11.16" accident in the electrical workshop, explained the "4.14" coking workshop top circulation fire injury accident and the "9.23" accident case of Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch, and emphasized the importance of standardizing safety management, implementing responsibilities, and strengthening hidden danger control efforts. He said that the "11.16" accident exposed problems such as individual workshop safety measures not matching the actual situation on site, staff unfamiliarity with the scene, weak safety awareness among employees, careless execution of work processes, inadequate technical management, ineffective safety and technical training for employees, and failure to strictly implement the work permit system. He hopes that all units can learn from their mistakes, draw lessons from them, identify deficiencies in technical training, organizational management, and ideological understanding, carefully analyze the weak links in safety production in their own units, rectify them seriously, strictly manage various rules and regulations, and prevent similar accidents from happening.

During the case analysis of the "4.14" top circulation fire injury accident in the company's coking workshop and the "9.23" fire accident in Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch, Zhang Youcai further emphasized the need to strengthen the inspection of equipment and pipeline corrosion and timely eliminate leakage hazards. He requested all units to increase on-site management efforts, refine various management standards, conscientiously implement safety precautions, and assign responsibilities to individuals, so that each employee can clarify their own responsibilities and ensure the safe and stable production of the company. *Regarding the hidden dangers discovered in the production equipment, Zhang Youcai instructed the relevant departments to conduct research and solve them.
