In the process of military oil production, each device of the company strictly follows the process card, operating procedures, and job operation card, and conscientiously and timely conducts laboratory analysis according to the actual production situation. The management of intermediate products strictly adheres to the "five no moves" regulations, and implements dedicated lines, pumps, and tanks for storage and transportation as required. The strict implementation of the "five no factory" regulations for finished products before leaving the factory, requires the company's manager in charge, military representative, quality inspection department director, and quality inspector to review and sign the product certificate before it can be processed for leaving the factory, ensuring a 100% pass rate for military oil leaving the factory.

To ensure the quality of military oil, the company strictly controls the raw materials, intermediate materials, and finished products, and the qualification rate of each related device's distillation outlet reaches over 98% throughout the year. In response to the problems that arise during the production process, actively identify the causes and develop effective measures. The main indicators of physical product quality throughout the year are superior to the product quality indicators. The analysis results of finished oil have undergone a "three-level review" to achieve the "five no reports" policy, ensuring timely and accurate analysis data and effectively guaranteeing the quality of oil products.
