The company's energy optimization drives the "Double Effect" wheel(Reporter Zhou Minghua) Through the implementation of energy system integration optimization technology, Jinxi Petrochemical's energy consumption continued to decline in the first five months of 2014, constantly breaking the historical record of monthly energy consumption, achieving a win-win situation for economic and environmental benefits. From January to May this year, the comprehensive energy consumption of this company was controlled below 70 kilograms of standard oil per ton, and reached a historical record of 60.68 kilograms of standard oil per ton in May, achieving a "five consecutive reductions" in comprehensive energy consumption. The consumption of natural gas fuel decreased by 12.27 million standard cubic meters compared to the same period last year, increasing efficiency by 33.86 million yuan and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 23100 tons. This is only the effect generated after the implementation of part of the energy system integration optimization plan project. Whether the internal energy consumption of the device is reasonable and whether the thermal integration between devices is sufficient... In the past two years, Jinxi Petrochemical Company has been constantly innovating ideas, gathering wisdom, and deeply thinking around the issue of energy consumption. Energy conservation and consumption reduction work should not only focus on the current situation and optimize only a few high energy consuming devices. It is necessary to consider the long-term, conduct top-level design, and optimize system integration. In October 2012, Tian Na, an employee of the coking workshop, discovered that there were several new faces in the workshop. They browsed through the DCS screen to record a large amount of production and operation data. Originally, this was a domestic energy optimization expert invited by the company to collect basic data for laboratory simulation. Research experts will conduct a scientific analysis of over 30 sets of devices and systems to assess the energy consumption situation in enterprise production.
In 2013, after nearly half a year of data collection and simulation analysis, members of Jinxi Petrochemical's energy optimization team and energy optimization experts proposed a series of technical solutions based on actual conditions, including total energy planning, inter device hot feed and heat combination, internal energy optimization of devices, utilization of low-temperature waste heat in the whole plant, and optimization of steam system operation. They completed the research and development of energy modeling integration and optimization for 30 sets of devices, systems, thermal power plants, and living areas throughout the company. To optimize the energy system for the system, the production and operation department simulates the operation of each device and continuously modifies and improves energy-saving renovation plans. In the 2013 major overhaul of the unit, Jinxi Petrochemical implemented a series of optimization projects, including energy-saving technology transformation of the heating furnace, optimization of the heat exchange network for southern distillation and coking, conversion of the initial top oil and gas of southern distillation to heat exchange with crude oil, and conversion of the heat source wax oil of the coking unit stripping tower to diesel, according to the preferred plan. Shortly after the optimized unit was put into operation, the energy consumption of 8 sets of refining units including heavy oil catalysis, gas fractionation, and gasoline hydrogenation, as well as 3 sets of chemical units including continuous reforming, calcination coke, and aromatic hydrocarbon extraction, significantly decreased compared to the same period last year. Among the 27 heating furnaces, 22 have a thermal efficiency of over 90%, and the exhaust temperature of 16 heating furnaces has reached 140 degrees Celsius, improving the overall operation level of the heating furnaces. Under the premise of balancing the overall consumption of the plant, the steam system ensures that low-pressure steam is not discharged, and the steam energy consumption has decreased by 5.25 kilograms of standard oil per ton compared to last year. On May 30th, Liu Ning, the production team leader of the South Distillation Unit, said, "The final temperature of the oil heat exchange in the original device was 292 degrees Celsius, but now it has reached 310 degrees Celsius at * hour. We have never achieved such a good effect, saving fuel, money, and being environmentally friendly.
The burner using flue gas recirculation technology reduces flame temperature and oxygen deficient combustion, reducing the production of nitrogen oxides, making the value of nitrogen oxides much lower than the national standard value. Optimization also produces good environmental benefits, "said Zhang Jialong, a technical manager in the Energy Management Department of Jinxi Petrochemical Production and Operation Department. |
